Whether kick-starting a brisk autumn morning or needing a mid-day pick-me-up, this smoothie offers a burst of energy, flavor, and nourishment in every gulp.   • 1 C. Unsweetened almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 2 T. Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Sachet Protein + Collagen (vanilla) 
  • 2 C. Kale (cut out the ribs)
  • ¼ C. Fresh parsley
  • 1 Medium pear or apple, sliced
  • 2 T. Ground flaxseed
  • ¼ t. Ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ t. Pink Himalayan or fine sea salt
  • Ice (optional)


Step 1

Add the milk, apple cider vinegar, kale, parsley, pear, flax seed, cinnamon and salt in a blender and process until smooth.

Step 2

If using, fill a glass with ice, pour in the smoothie, and enjoy.
