Shipping policy

At CorVive, we are committed to delivering our products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Please review the following information about our shipping policies:

Free standard shipping on all US orders $125 and over and under $700.

Processing time

Orders placed on business days by 11am CST are typically processed the same day. Orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding holidays or inclement weather.  Occasionally orders will be processed and prepared for shipping on Saturdays or Sundays.

Estimated delivery dates are displayed at checkout. Free shipping will be standard shipping; standard shipping times are generally 3-7 business days. Please see return policy for return instructions and additional information: https://corvive.com/policies/refund-policy

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping is also available for paid shipping orders. Once an order is placed and processed, orders cannot be cancelled. Shipping times are based on the actual shipping duration, this time does not include processing times.

Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly, and we may not be able to make changes or cancel the order after it has been shipped.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns and Exchanges

CorVive offers a 30-day (less shipping) refund for unopened and undamaged product that will be issued at the original purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.

1. Notify the CorVive Support Department of the pending return by creating a back office support ticket or email support@corvive.com
2. Package the products you wish to return using proper shipping carton(s) and packing material based on the product(s) being returned. Include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your receipt.
3. Include order number on the outside of the shipping carton(s).
4. Ship the package to the following address using your choice of shipping method as long as a tracking number is available.

Provide the tracking number for your package to the CorVive Support Department. Once your return is received and processed, an appropriate refund will be issued within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received. This means that if a credit card was used initially, the reimbursement will be issued back to that same credit card. 

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Should a customer refuse delivery of any CorVive shipment without prior authorization; refund amount will be based on original purchase price less a 10% restocking fee in addition to shipping rate for both original shipping and return shipping.
