The guarantee applies for all first-time purchasers of an initial order of product, this policy does not apply to an individual's additional product orders placed after an initial order. Limit one (1) guarantee per product, per household. 100% refund minus shipping will be awarded to qualifying orders.
- Refunds are only given on one opened item of the same product.
– If you open more than one package of the same product you cannot claim a refund on the additional product.

Claim your Money-Back Guarantee Refund:
- Email Support@CorVive.com within 30 days of your initial purchase
- Subject line: Money-Back Guarantee
- Supply your full name, email address associated with the order, and order number.
- Provide a list of items you were not 100% satisfied with.
- If multiple of the same items were purchased, please indicate if you will be utilizing the 30-day unopened return policy as well.
- Qualifying refunds will process within 3 business days. (100% refund minus shipping charges)
CorVive offers a 30-day (less shipping) refund for unopened and undamaged product that will be issued at the original purchase price less a 10% restocking fee*.
1. Notify the CorVive Support Department of the pending return by creating a back office support ticket or email support@corvive.com
2. Package the products you wish to return using proper shipping carton(s) and packing material based on the product(s) being returned. Include the original packing slip or a printed copy of your receipt.
3. Include order number on the outside of the shipping carton(s).
4. Ship the package to the following address using your choice of shipping method as long as a tracking number is available.

Provide the tracking number for your package to the CorVive Support Department. Once your return is received and processed, an appropriate refund will be issued within 10 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner that payment was received. This means that if a credit card was used initially, the reimbursement will be issued back to that same credit card.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Should a customer refuse delivery of any CorVive shipment without prior authorization; refund amount will be based on original purchase price less a 10% restocking fee in addition to shipping rate for both original shipping and return shipping.
