With all the flavors of your favorite cake, this smoothie is the perfect blend of creamy, sweet, and a hint of spice. And guess what? It's got protein, baby! So, it's not just delicious but also super nutritious. 

 

Ideal for breakfast, post-workout, or just when you want to treat yourself without the guilt. Pour yourself a glass, top with some Greek yogurt or nuts, give it a sprinkle of cinnamon, and get sipping!

Ingredients

  • 1 Sachet Protein + Collagen (vanilla)
  • ~8 Cooked baby carrots (you could use frozen cooked carrots, fully thawed)
  • 4 oz. (½ c.) Fat free cottage cheese
  • ¾ C. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 t. Honey
  • ¼ t. Cinnamon
  • ⅛ t. Nutmeg
  • ⅛ t. Vanilla extract
  • ~4-6 Ice cubes

Directions

Step 1

Combine all ingredients on high in blender and puree until smooth. 

Step 2

Top with Greek yogurt, walnuts, cinnamon or whatever your heart desires.
