Ingredients

  • 1 C. Cherries frozen, can be sweet or tart

  • 1 t. Lime zest

  • 1 Stick Cherry Limeade Hydrate

  • 2 T. Lime juice, preferably fresh

  • 2 Large Medjool dates, pitted

  • ½ C. Greek yogurt, plain 

  • 1 t. Vanilla Extract

  • ¼-½ C. Milk, plus more as needed

  • ½ C. Ice

Directions

Step 1

First soak your pitted dates in 1 cup of very warm water for at least 5 minutes. This will help them soften up and perfect for blending. While the dates are soaking you can get all your other ingredients out, measured and ready.

Step 2

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender: frozen cherries, lime zest, Hydrate, lime juice, pitted dates, greek yogurt, vanilla, milk, and ice. Feel free to add any optional add-ins to your smoothie if you’d like. 

Step 3

Blend until smooth, adding more milk to thin, if necessary.

Step 4

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
