Ingredients

  • ¼ C. Pitted medjool dates

  • 1 C. Coconut milk, light (Simple Truth Organic Coconut Milk)

  • 1 Sachet Vanilla Protein + Collagen

  • ¾ C. Cauliflower frozen

  • 1 T. Tahini

  • ½ t. Vanilla extract

  • ¼ t. Cinnamon ground

Directions

Step 1

Soak pitted dates in hot water for 5 minutes and drain any excess water.

Step 2

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. May need extra coconut milk if too thick. 

Step 3

Garnished as desired with cinnamon, etc. & enjoy!
