Ingredients

  • 1 Sachet Vanilla Protein + Collagen

  • 1 T. Coconut flour

  • 2 T. Water

  • 2 T. Coconut butter (softened)

  • 1/2 C. Raspberries

  • 1 T. Shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2

Mix together protein, flour, and water.

Step 3

Add in coconut butter and mix well.

Step 4

Fold in raspberries, let them break into seeds.

Step 5

Fold in shredded coconut.

Step 6

Drop by spoonful on parchment lined baking sheet and bake for approximately 12 minutes.
