Ingredients

• 1/2 C. Almond milk

• 1 T. Pumpkin puree

• 1/2 t. Pumpkin spice

• 1 Sachet of Protein + Collagen

• 1 t. Maple syrup

• 1 C. Cold or hot brewed coffee 

• Ice (Optional)

• Optional: Sugar-free whipped cream & cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Add the Almond milk, Pumpkin puree, Pumpkin spice, Sachet of Protein + Collagen and Maple syrup.

Step 2

Mix ingredients with a milk frother.

Step 3

In a separate cup, add hot or cold brewed coffee and ice (if desired).

Step 4

Add the pumpkin mix on top.

Step 5

Garnish with sugar-free whipped cream and cinnamon. (Optional)
