  • 2 C. Greek yogurt (plain for tart, or vanilla or lemon yogurt flavors for a sweeter finish)
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¼ C + 2 T. Tapioca flour
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 t. Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 Sachets vanilla Protein + Collagen
  • Toppings: honey drizzle on top

Mix all the ingredients together.
