16oz. Organic low-fat cottage cheese

¼ C. Canned pumpkin

1 Sachet Protein + Collagen (vanilla) 

¼ C. Lakanto monk fruit confectioners

1 T. Grass-fed gelatin

1 t. Pumpkin pie spice

Crushed graham cracker (optional)


Step 1

Blend the cottage cheese, pumpkin and sweetener.

Step 2

While blender is running, add the gelatin and spices until smooth.

Step 3

Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4

Top with graham crumbs.
