Ingredients


  • 1 C. Whole milk

  • ½ Cinnamon stick

  • 1 Mexican Hot chocolate square (Nestle Abuelita)

  • 1 Sachet Vanilla Protein + Collagen

  • ¼ t. Vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of Ground cayenne pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the milk and cinnamon stick. Heat over medium heat until the milk begins to steam. Add chocolate square and whisk until melted and combined. May still have some flecks of chocolate in it.

Step 2

Remove from heat and discard cinnamon stick. Add remaining ingredients and whisk/blend or use frother until frothy.
