  • 10 Pitted dates (chopped small)

  • 2 T. Crunchy salted almond butter

  • 1 Sachet Protein + Collegen powder

  • 3-4 T. Almond milk

  • 1/4 C. Chocolate chips (unsweetened)

  • 2 T. Chopped almonds

  • 1 Pinch sea salt


Step 1

Stir together the dates, almond butter, protein and milk.

Step 2

Spread into a dish sized thin circle on parchment. It should be like a sticky dough/paste.

Step 3

Freeze for 30 min.

Step 4

Melt the chocolate and spread on top.

Step 5

Sprinkle with almonds and sea salt.

Step 6

Cut into 9 slices. Store in the freezer or fridge.
