  • ½ C. Non-fat plain greek yogurt

  • 1 Sachet of Protein + Collagen (Vanilla or Chocolate)                                                           

  • 1 t. Favorite nut butter

  • 1 t. Cinnamon

  • 2 t. Dark chocolate chips

  • 2 t. Chopped walnuts (optional)


Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.


Step 2

If too thin, let sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to thicken up.
