1/4 C. Oat flour
1 Sachet Protein + Collagen (chocolate)
1 T. Cacao powder
1.5 T. Monk fruit golden
1 T. Plain nonfat Greek
1 T. Non-dairy milk
Pinch salt
1/2 t. baking powder
1 T. Drippy Cashew
2 T. Sugar-free chocolate chips
2 T. Crushed walnuts (optional)
Stir everything together except for the chips and walnuts. Batter will be thick. If you need another drop or two of milk, add it, but you want it thick. Add the chips.
Freeze batter for 10 min.
Freeze for 30 min.
Form two balls and flatten slightly. Press walnuts on top.
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Bake for 8-9 min. You want the inside gooey.
Let cool slightly.
These really are too good to be true (but they’re legit).
