A knob of peeled ginger root (approx. 2-inch)
A knob of peeled turmeric root (approx. 1-inch)
2 Stick packs of Lemon NRG + Focus
Crushed ice
Grapefruit slices, for garnish
8 oz. Sparkling water
Honey (optional)
Stir together the dates, almond butter, protein and milk.
Spread into a dish sized thin circle on parchment. It should be like a sticky dough/paste.
Freeze for 30 min.
