When your cravings strike and you're in need of a delicious, protein-packed snack, our Frozen Cottage Cheese Bark recipe is your answer! This delightful treat goes beyond just satisfying your taste buds.

It's a nutritious creation that harmoniously blends the richness of cottage cheese, the power of Chocolate Protein + Collagen, the natural sweetness of honey, and the creamy goodness of peanut butter. The result? A snack that not only tantalizes your palate but also provides the nourishment your body craves.

Ingredients

  • 2 C.  (16 oz) Cottage cheese
  • 2 Sachets Protein + Collagen(Chocolate)
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 2 T. Peanut butter
  • 3 T. Chocolate chips
  • 3 T. Granola of choice
  • Red Food Coloring (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a blender or food processor, blend together cottage cheese, protein + collagen, honey, peanut butter and food coloring until smooth.

Step 2

Pour mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet line with parchment paper and spread evenly using a spatula or spoon into a rectangular shape. You want the bark to be about a ¼ of an inch thick.

Step 3

Melt chocolate chips and add teaspoon size dollops onto the cottage cheese layer. Use a knife to swirl the chocolate around.

Step 4

Sprinkle the granola on top and place the bark in the freezer for about 3 hours or until the cottage cheese is firm.

Step 5

Once firm, cut or break into 16-20 pieces and enjoy.

Step 6

Store leftover bark in a sealed freezer bag or airtight container for up to 3 months.
