1 Lemon Energy stick pack
6 oz. Water
4 oz Cranberry juice, unsweetened ( Lakewood organic cranberry)
Monk fruit simple syrup (1 C. of water + 1 C. Monk fruit)
Frozen cranberries
Bring monk fruit and water to a boil and boil until fully dissolved. Set aside and allow to cool.
Once cool, add additional water, lemon Energy and cranberry juice to the syrup in a pitcher and chill for 1-2 hours.
Pour over frozen cranberries and garnish as desired.
