  • 1 c. Unsweetened almond milk (or favorite milk)
  • 1 Sachet vanilla Protein + Collagen
  • ½ c. Pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 t. Honey, agave nectar, or sweetener of choice
  • ½ t. Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Medium banana
  • 6 Ice cubes
