Discover the essence of winter in every sip with our Apple Smoothie. This recipe combines the crispness of apples with a delightful blend of nourishing ingredients. It's a sip of the season's best.

Start by freezing applesauce cups for at least 2 hours, then blend them with the remaining ingredients. In just minutes, you'll have a smoothie that's as satisfying as a walk through an orchard. 


  • 8 oz. Applesauce frozen*
  • 1 C. Unsweetened almond milk or any kind of milk
  • 1 Sachet Protein + Collagen (vanilla)
  • 2 T. Rolled oats
  • 2 T. Nut butter (any kind)
  • 1 t. Ground flaxseed
  • 1 t. Maple syrup
  • 1/4 t. Ground cinnamon


Step 1

First, freeze (2) 4-oz. applesauce cups for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 2

Once frozen, run the applesauce cups under hot water for a few seconds to remove from the plastic. Then place into a high-speed blender.

Step 3

Add the rest of the ingredients and cover.

Step 4

Blend on high for around a minute or until smooth.
