Ingredients

  • 1 C. Cottage cheese low fat
  • ½ C. Plain greek yogurt low fat
  • 1 Sachet CorVive Protein + Collagen chocolate
  • 2 T. Honey
  • ½ T. Unsweetened cocoa powder

 

Directions

Step 1

Add everything to a blender and blend for 5 minutes or until fully combined.

Step 2

Divide evenly between 2 small cups and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

Step 3
