2/3 C. Milk (unsweetened coconut)
1 T. Grassfed butter, melted
1/4 C. Oats
2 T. Chia seeds
1/4 C. Low-fat cottage cheese (plain Greek yogurt works too)
1-2 T Grated carrot
Dash pink salt, ginger, nutmeg
1/4 t. Cinnamon
5-6 Raisins
Melt butter in the mason jar for 30 seconds in the microwave, add milk and other ingredients.
Stir well with a spoon or shake well with the lid on.
Store in the fridge. Good for a week.
