Ingredients

  • 2/3 C. Milk (unsweetened coconut)

  • 1 T. Grassfed butter, melted

  • 1/4 C. Oats

  • 2 T. Chia seeds

  • 1 Sachet Vanilla Protein + Collagen

  • 1/4 C. Low-fat cottage cheese (plain Greek yogurt works too)

  • 1-2 T Grated carrot

  • Dash pink salt, ginger, nutmeg

  • 1/4 t. Cinnamon

  • 5-6 Raisins

Directions

Step 1

Melt butter in the mason jar for 30 seconds in the microwave, add milk and other ingredients.

Step 2

Stir well with a spoon or shake well with the lid on. 

Step 3

Store in the fridge. Good for a week.
