To a blender add: 1 container organic low fat cottage cheese, 1 sachet of chocolate Protein + Collagen, 1 t. cacao powder, 1 T. powdered almond butter, 2 t. almond butter, and 2 T. sweetener of choice to taste.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in 1 TBS shredded unsweetened coconut.
Pour into a bowl or back into the cottage cheese container.
Make the magic shell by melting 2 tsp almond butter and 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips.
Drizzle on top.
Sprinkle with a little more coconut and chopped almonds.
Refrigerate until the top gets firm.
