  • 1 Container organic low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 Sachet of Protein + Collagen
  • 1 t. Cacao powder
  • 1 T. Powdered almond butter
  • 2 t. Almond butter
  • 2 T. Sweetener of choice 
  • 1 T. Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 2 t. Almond butter 
  • 1/4 C. Sugar-free chocolate chips


Step 1

To a blender add: 1 container organic low fat cottage cheese, 1 sachet of chocolate Protein + Collagen, 1 t. cacao powder, 1 T. powdered almond butter, 2 t. almond butter, and 2 T. sweetener of choice to taste.

Step 2

Blend until smooth. 

Step 3

Stir in 1 TBS shredded unsweetened coconut.

Step 4

Pour into a bowl or back into the cottage cheese container.

Step 5

Make the magic shell by melting 2 tsp almond butter and 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips. 

Step 6

Drizzle on top.

Step 7

Sprinkle with a little more coconut and chopped almonds. 

Step 8

Refrigerate until the top gets firm.
