  • 1 C. Fat-free vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 Sachet Protein + Collagen (Vanilla)
  • 1/4 C. Low-fat whipped cream cheese
  • 1.5 T. Cheesecake sugar free pudding mix
  • 2 T. Zero calorie powdered sweetener 
  • 2 t. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 t. Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C. Chopped strawberries
  • 1 T. Sugar-free strawberry preserves
  • 1/2 Crushed graham cracker sheet


Step 1

Mix ingredients.

Step 2

Put strawberries in a bowl and pour mixture over top.

Step 3

Put in the fridge for 2 hours.

Step 4

Put strawberry preserves and Graham cracker on top.
