  • 1 Sachet Vanilla Protein + Collagen

  • 1/2 C. Favorite milk

  • 1 C. Plain greek yogurt

  • 1 C. Spinach

  • 1/2 Green apple (cut into cubes or slices)

  • 1/2 C. Green seedless grapes

  • 1 C. Pineapple chunks

  • 1/4 C. Honey
