1/4 C. lemon juice
1/2 C. water
2 stick packs of your favorite HYDRATE flavor
3 T. grass-fed gelatin
Silicone molds - Amount varies by mold size
Heat the lemon juice, water and HYDRATE in a small pot to just under boiling (It’s important not to boil).
Whisk well, then slowly whisk in the grass-fed gelatin until no clumps remain.
Pour into silicone molds and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
They pop out super easy.
Store in fridge.
