2 Sachets of Protein + Collagen (chocolate)
1/2 C. Lakanto confectioners sugar (keto friendly)
2 T. Paleo flour
1 T. Cacao powder
1 T. Baking powder
1/2 t. Xanthan gum
2/3 C. Plain greek 0% yogurt (vanilla would work too)
1/2 C. Egg whites
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl.
Then add the greek yogurt, eggs and. egg whites to the bowl.
Whisk until smooth.
Add some Lily's Sweets chocolate chips (Optional)
Spoon into 6 donut wells in a silicone pan.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and frost with melted Sugar free chocolate chips or a dusting of confectioners sweetener.
