Completion Requirements

Receive: CorVive Shaker Cup & Sample Sachets


Complete the following:

  • Continue with 15 Day Activities

  • Submit 15 Day Completion Form

  • Proper amount of sleep (7-9 hours)

  • Laugh Often

  • Light stretching (throughout the day)

  • Deep breathing (2-5 minutes daily)


E-mail the following:

  • Progress Photos (front, back, side)

  • 30/60-Day Testimonial (use these as a guideline to help write your testimonial)

    • Tell us about your progress
    • What was the most challenging part?
    • How did you use the products?
    • What surprised you the most?
    • Have your goals changed?
    • What’s going to help you reach 90 days?
  • Will you be at RUSH? Let us know if you would like to pick up your completion swag at registration (Feb 8&9)
