Ingredients

  • 5 Cherries, roughly chopped
  • 1 Lime, quartered and rind removed
  • 1 Scoop CorVive’s Keto
  • 6-8 Mint leaves
  • 1 C. Sparkling water.

Directions

Step 1

Place the roughly chopped cherries, 1 scoop CorVive’s Keto, and quartered lime in a

glass. 

Step 2

Muddle the cherries and lime together for about 1 minute to release their flavors. If you don't have a muddler, you can use the back end of a wooden spoon. The goal is to make them small enough to fit through a straw, or you can strain it.

Step 3

Clap the mint leaves together in your hand to release their scent. Add them to the glass and press gently with a muddler a few times to release the minty aroma.

Step 4

Add ice cubes to the glass.

Step 5

Top the mixture with your choice of low-carb sparkling water.

Step 6

Garnish your keto Cherry Mojito Mocktail with lime wheels, additional mint leaves, and/or extra cherries.
