Place the roughly chopped cherries, 1 scoop CorVive’s Keto, and quartered lime in a
glass.
Muddle the cherries and lime together for about 1 minute to release their flavors. If you don't have a muddler, you can use the back end of a wooden spoon. The goal is to make them small enough to fit through a straw, or you can strain it.
Clap the mint leaves together in your hand to release their scent. Add them to the glass and press gently with a muddler a few times to release the minty aroma.
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Top the mixture with your choice of low-carb sparkling water.
